Welcome to WIC: If you’re new to WIC, please watch the 30-minute orientation video in your language below. Your counselor will answer any additional questions you may have. Choose your language:

How do I use my WIC benefits?

For the best shopping experience, we recommend downloading the California WIC app and logging in to view your balance, as well as details on your benefits. Please see the setup guides below and a few other pamphlets that may help.

Online Classes

Accessing wichealth.org: If you plan on taking your WIC classes online, please sign up for a wichealth account to access the classes. Follow the steps below or click here for instructions in English.

  1. Go to wichealth.org
  2. Sign up and create an account.
    • Please note: Your Agency is “American Red Cross”
  3. Click “Start Lesson” on your dashboard.
  4. Your WIC counselor will have recommendations for lesson(s) to take.
  5. Complete the lesson.
