How to Make Greek Yogurt from Regular Yogurt:
STEP 1: Line a strainer or colander with a sturdy paper towel or coffee filter. Place strainer over a larger bowl.
STEP 2: Pour yogurt into strainer. Cover and place in refrigerator until liquid has dripped out to desired consistency.
Fruit and Yogurt Bowl
Fruit of your choice (bananas, strawberries, blueberries, etc.)
Granola or cereal
Honey (Note: honey is not recommended for babies under 1 year old)
Fruit of your choice (mangoes, bananas, strawberries, etc.)
Vegetable of your choice (kale, spinach, etc.)
Protein of your choice (example: peanut butter)
Blend until smooth.
Cucumber Yogurt Dip (Tzatziki)
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cucumber, grated
1 tablespoon dill
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
Combine and chill for 2 hours.
Serve with vegetables such as carrot sticks, peppers, and celery, whole wheat pita bread and olives.
2 cups Greek yogurt
6 ounces raspberries (or fruit of your choice)
6 ounces blueberries (or fruit of your choice)
3 tablespoons honey
(Note: honey is not recommended for babies under 1 year old)
Blend. Pour into pan. Freeze for 2 hours.
